What we collect

When you visit the site: our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request (server logs). This is necessary to run the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

When you use the contact form: we process your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message, to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you email us: we process your email address and the content of your message for the same purpose.

Service providers

The website and contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, which stores form submissions on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may be transferred to the USA; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Fonts are served from our own server. No data is sent to Google or other font providers.

How long we keep data

Contact requests are deleted once they are fully handled, unless they lead to a business relationship or we are required by law to keep them longer (for example, commercial and tax retention periods). Server logs are deleted after a short period by the hosting provider.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@veltrix.io.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your residence or place of work.
